came out quickly Did not tell me there was a $65 service fee. privet for a hotwater heater $1800.00. I'm not a stupid, I've done my own plumbing when I've had to. And heads up again he doesn't tell you about the service fee.
What impressed me was that after the call to them for help, they were here within the hour. Being a Friday and after lunch I was expecting to be with out heat all weekend.And I was not.Also for calling for a service call the fellow did an awesome job checking everything on the furnace and also the water heater and I was not charged extra for that.After a couple hours of inspection of everything the bill was under 200$. He also provided me with all the pictures and prices of everything that needs attention asap.All was sent by email so I have all information on phone instead of a peice of paper that I would probably miss place.I recommend them to any one looking for awesome service time efficient and awesome price. Just before closing there office I received a call from them confirming that everything is to my satisfaction,which it was i asked should have any i ssues in middle of the night that there is a 24hour on call.
