Jas, Is Warm, kind, knowledgeable about his inventory. Was great at repairing the 2 for 1 free screen protector I got. And he was in the middle of repairing another apple screen being basically an engineer / inventor, when I came to his kiosk MOBILE Q in lloyd mall. He stopped his hard focused work and assisted me with my purchasing and free screen repair and replacement. I did buy two great charging cords from him. 10feet each, fast charging and all.
