We called at last minute for our senior dog and you were able to fit her in that afternoon or the next morning, whichever was best for us and her...we chose to wait until the morning and fortunately she improved overnight. We were able to determine her real issues better. We were offered advice and information on medication that we chose to go with...couldn't be happier with the service, advice. The cost of the appointment and medication was incredibly less than we expectedto pay!!! We will definitely be bringing our pack here! Took my big boy in to have porcupine quills removed.They were kind and helpful at the front desk(as usual) and were done quickly,although I'm sure we kept them late, and even trimmed toenails and did booster shots while we were there.I love the positive happy atmosphere coupled with the obvious love for the animals they treat.Great team! Thankful to have them in Lloyd.

Friendly and professional service. When needing to get our dog in sooner than expected the staff were very accommodating and I even spoke to the vet directly with questions I had at the time on the phone. This offered peace of mind at a stressful time.
