Alberta Precision Laboratories is a clean and welcoming place for bloodwork. The staff are professional, pleasant, and skilled, making the process easy and comfortable. Many customers find it to be their favorite place for blood tests because of the outstanding service. Booking is simple, and although there may be some waiting, staff are efficient at their jobs. Some improvements could be made to the waiting area, such as adding more seating or a larger space. While the overall experience is positive, concerns were raised about the cleanliness of the washrooms, which appear to be poorly maintained despite strict hygiene measures inside the lab.
Nurse Michelle deserves a raise. She was extremely professional and I can tell she’s great at her job. I have tricky veins and normally they have to poke me 5 or 6 times to draw blood. Michelle not only poked me once and got it but she was also efficient and gave me tips for next time I come in to make things easier. Overall a seamless experience and if I could I’d ask for her anytime I need bloodwork done!
I was kind of worried after reading other reviews regarding the wait time even after booking an appointment but was surprised on my visit today.
The staff are very professional and punctual. My appointment was for 12:35 pm and I reached there around 12:30. Once I provided my requisition and health card, I only had to wait a couple of minutes to be called up. I was out of the building in approximately 15 minutes from the time I checked in.
Additionally, the individual who drew my blood was very good at his job and I felt no pain during or after the procedure and no bruising of any kind. Very satisfied with the service and appreciate all of the staff!
I had my Bloodwork done here. It was a very clean, the staff are pleasant, booking was easy and overall it was a good experience. I give this place 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
