We did some Boxing Day shopping and were extremely happy with our purchases and overall experience. We purchased an iPad for our daughter who is attending university, and Emily ensured it met every requirement my daughter needed and more. She took the time to make sure the correct pen was included, along with a screen protector and a proper case. Wish there was more in stock at the store and was easily able to call the location instead of the call center. But 10 STARS for Udip - he is incredible at his job helping me with laptop choices. He seemed to be even more knowledgeable than one of the managers I spoke to. He was so friendly and spent a ton of time with me answering all my questions.
