As a new worker in the company I really appreciate the way it is, from the day of interview to the orientation till I start working, the HR is very accommodating and it’s easy to go with very informative of what will happened and what we got upon working with them. As someone who has been working for Tradesman Manufacturing for only a month I can say that it’s been a great experience so far. Great atmosphere to work in, and very welcoming. Appreciate how the company values its employees and prioritizes safety. The team is very kind and supportive. They are always on the lookout and very willing to help.Company is very hearing, and always open to feedback to find new ways they can improve, so they can provide with a better working experience.
