I first used Tom 20 years ago. I mistakenly took my car to the wrong garage! He is honest and straight up. A couple of our vehicles we bought from auction and he's always fast about getting inspections done and always talks to you to explain what might need to be fixed. Both of my kids have had such good experiences with how Tom treats them. I saw an elderly woman drive up when I was there-he left his work, looked at the vehicle, he said she just needed some (fluid). Filled it up. She never got out of the vehicle. and he never charged her. my brother had a quote from his dealer adding up to thousand just before a family trip.
