After noticing issues with our ensuite shower I contacted Tile Works. Not only did Jamie came out and look at our ensuite, he confirmed we had a good shower base that just needed some attention. We went over what needed to be done and the options I had. Since I had time I decided to do the work myself. When I was ready for the last step I went back to Tileworks and Jamie walked me through how to re-grout our shower. I really appreciated his advice and recommendations. He didn’t just try to upsell and have us hire them to do the work, he gave me the information and confidence to get it done properly on my own. Our shower looks so much better! Also any time I spoke with front end staff we both were laughing at some point; everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!
We are so happy we came to tileworks for our kitchen renovation tiles. Jaime and Felicia were super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and offered us the great suggestion of running the tile to the ceiling by our sink and around the window.
