Just want to send a huge shout out to Jackie and Russ at Thermax for the swift turn around on our A/C Machine that failed. Needed it asap and they had it done and ready to go and serviced in a matter of hours, thank you guys again for all your work!
We have been using Thermax for several years for yearly maintenance on our furnace and air conditioning. In addition, as we replaced the house’s original hot water tanks with a tank-less system, installed a furnace in our garage and upgraded the original furnace in our house we have used Thermax. In every case, the quality of the work that was done and products installed have been outstanding. From the detail in estimates through to the approval by city inspectors, Thermax staff are great to work with and after installation follow-up has been excellent.Colin N.
Dave from Thermax saved us and got our furnaces at our commercial business running when it was -53 with the wind out. He was very thorough and gave us a lot of explanations in regard to what was going on. He took a lot of care and time to figure out what was going on to make sure he resolved our issues. When we brought up concerns he addressed them and looked into them. Couldn't be more happy with his help. Would recommend him and Thermax to anyone after the experience we had.
