Come in to repair my MacBook as they’re the only Apple certified provider in town, went in to pre-paid for the repair once they found the issue and never heard back for two weeks. Call in only to find out they completely forgot to order the parts and my laptop was just sitting there waiting. End up having to wait for 5 more days to be able to get my laptop back. Seriously consider if you are willing to wait for this long to get your laptop fixed.
