We appreciated Sales associate Joe approach to selling the vehicle! Zero pressure, zero twisting arms, zero manipulation. He really let the 2026 Crosstrek sell itself! This wasnt the case at the other 7 dealerships attended to in the decision process, not all of them, just a few. While we found a couple features not present after we drove away that were never officially discussed, just presumed they existed, and surprised when they were not (specifically an attached garage door opener and sunglasses storage area) - we are thrilled to date with our purchase. Absolutely amazing place, if you need a subaru, go here. The salespeople are reasonable and do not pressure you into anything, they fully explain all of your options and arrive at the best solution for your circumstances. Connor and Kirk were professional and responsive, i highly recommend Subaru of Lethbridge.
Love my crosstrek wilderness!
10/10 as far as customer support and parts go. Went in for a genuine subaru oil filter and an oil pressure switch which to my surprise they already had in stock. The parts guy was kind and swift with his work. Price was high yes, but it would have been the same online after shipping regardless. 🙌 I'm coming back for parts in the future for sure. (And to peek at all the shiny toys in the lot 😆)
