This location is clean and well-organized. It was my first time visiting the Sephora location in Lethbridge, and the customer service was excellent. Kaiya assisted me throughout the process of selecting products that matched my skin tone, patiently answered all my questions, and the other lady made checkout smooth and easy. Overall, a great experience.

Staff is fairly helpful, but not very knowledgeable. Selection is pretty sad- there are ICONIC products that are missing- Armani foundation, Lancome mascara....happily, Shopper's is nearby, with trained staff and proven products aimed at adult women, not tweens spending on products they don't need. Make the drive to Chinook Centre- best Sephora in Alberta.

I had no idea they sold perfume and cologne, but saw this when trying to get some. They had 20% off going and it saved me a lot. What’s great is I ordered for pick up in store and my order was ready in less than 2 hours. Collecting was a breeze and staff were wonderful.
