Emailed them about parts for my Kenmore washer and dryer, got an email back 30min later with detailed information about the parts with the cost, they were very helpful and honest. I am thankful for there services, if anyone has questions about parts or where to get them talk to these guys!, best place in Lethbridge

I'll give it 5 stars, why you ask, well, I went there once, they were nice and engaging, they didn't had the part but they locate one for me, and get it in the next day. On top of that, they gave me the part number and told me to go and see if I could find it at a couple of other places. So yeah, I think that is called customer service at its best.
