My kitchen sink started backing up on a Friday evening. I called Rick in the morning the next day, and despite it being a weekend, a holiday, and that I lived outside of Lethbridge, he responded right away and was able to make his way out by the afternoon. Super nice and very knowledgeable! Not only did he fix the sink within 20 minutes, but he had it draining better than it ever has! He also gave me some good advice and education to keep it clean, which I always appreciate. Great service! I would absolutely recommend.
We have had to use Rick twice in the last 2 years to deal with drain clogs and leaking sink pipes in our rental house. He was recommended by our landlord and we’ve been exceptionally happy with his quick and easy service! We work out of town and were unable to be home for our scheduled appointment. We felt trusting enough to leave a house key for him and let him come and go when he had time during the day. Text me the invoice and was able to pay with an e-transfer.
