Rick has done plumbing in my place for many years. He is very personable and customer service is awesome. This last job, to put it mildly was very challenging, he didn't give up and fixed what was a big problem. I highly recommend Rick.
Rick diagnosed and fixed a problem we have been having with a toilet for nearly a year. We already had a company come look at it several months ago and they charged us over $100 to spend a couple of minutes here, reaching in the toilet and scraping some calcium build up out saying that’s all it was. Rick was eager to accommodate us with next day service. He was friendly, professional and on time. He worked until he solved the problem and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Didn't have any service done. Instead we had this company leave a old hot water tank behind my truck and the garbage from a new tank behind against our house.(Came immediately to fix this problem. Thank you for your attention to detail.)
