Always great service! Most importantly I would like to commend the new owner for being an amazing person who took on a credit owed to me by the previous owner, Kelsey Yule. The credit was $2000 which she was supposed to reimburse me when she sold the business. She ignored all my correspondence & ghosted me, never paying me back my credit.
The new owner has graciously offered to redeem my credit for services at the school even though it was Kelsey Yule's responsibility. This goes above & beyond amazing customer service! I came here for baby lights (blonde) and Eden did an awesome job! Ive never had anyone do such tiny streaks and so many, making it look so natural on my hair but keeping that blonde pop! She was great to talk to as well and did everything in a timely manner! Also her style was giving the best vibes!
The staff and students here are very good. Loads of attention to detail and careful attention. I have gone here for lash extensions, manicures, brow shaping and coloring and a haircut and have never been disappointed.
