Terry was incredibly professional from start to finish. He made me feel completely safe, respected, and comfortable the entire time. The atmosphere was so relaxed that a lot of the stress and anxiety I had beforehand disappeared, and honestly, the tattoo didn’t hurt nearly as much as I expected because I wasn’t tense the whole time.

One thing I absolutely loved was the environment he created. The music was calm and peaceful, which made such a difference. A lot of tattoo shops have loud, aggressive music blasting the whole time, and that can make an already nerve-wracking experience even more intense. Instead, the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, which really helped me enjoy the experience.
