We just had our floors done in the kitchen, laundry room and little hallway to the downstairs. I am totally impressed with the pricing, Leo the installer went above and beyond in all aspects. If we ever were going to do more floors I would be using Omega again. A great small local Lethbridge company. They were spot on it the ETA of the material and with every renovation you normally get a well crap I didn’t expect that! Omega and Leo were right at the issue, no talking about oh that should be an extra or no we don’t do that.
I can’t say enough good about our experience with them.

Great customer service! I recently inquired about flooring for our basement. I wanted to match our upstairs as close as possible. Shaina came to our home for measurements and asked us lots of questions about what we wanted. She explained everything in a sense we could understand. Shortly thereafter she provided us with a rough quote as I had recommended. We met in the Omega Showroom and picked a couple options of what we wanted. Shaina then emailed quotes the next day in a very organized fashion showing each product we had interest in with the quotes clearly labelled. We chose Omega thanks to Shaina's customer service!
