Some of the best service I've ever had from a mechanic, NSA explained clearly what work needed done on my car and even offered a ride from home to pick up my vehicle. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I was having battery cable issues and didn't feel comfortable driving an hour to get home. Luckily Mike had a spot open, same day, due to a cancellation. Since I had dropped my car off about 2 hours early, Mike ordered me an Uber to the mall so I could go get some food and relax. They fixed my car up quick, with no cutting corners and even fixed up some of the wiring for me. Top tier service, will be booking with Northside auto in the future. Thanks again, Northside auto team!

Everyone at the shop is lovely. They do thorough work and do not overcharge. Very trustworthy, with quick turnaround times and great customer service. One thing I also appreciate is that they create an online record of the work performed and this includes instructional videos about anything you need to keep an eye on, which helps you learn how to upkeep your vehicle and avoid disaster. Also, free coffee!
