Had a an C.E.L. with P0420 scheduled a diagnosis and was impressed the staff who I found are very professional, very personable and clear. The quote for the diagnosis and repair was on (keep in mind the staff also kindly let me know the quote was based on that everything went smoothly and possible hiccups, this info helped me prepare the vehicle) They gave me a price break down and time to make a decision (au had initially asked for a diagnosis only which they kindly followed. The price couldn’t be beat and the repair went faster then I expected and the price was spot on. What I liked and impressed with - Staff Friendly, Professional - the report is very convenient, clear, modern, easy to understand and read with pictures. - the diagnoses was fast yet though going over even very minor concerns I new about (light bulb and battery slightly undercharged) - the repair was fast. Bottom line I have been to many shops all over and this was the first that was fast, accurate and friendly.
