We were without heat for 3 days when the cold spell hit. I called My Service and Ben came over within a few hours to get our furnace running. He was very thorough and explained what had gone wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. We had used Charlton Hill the prior year and was left with a huge bill and no solutions. When they came, right away introduced themselves. Put on the feet cover to the walk around the house, so it will get dirty.
