Received two gift cards from the Lethbridge location and tried to use them in Calgary, turns out that is not possible due to being on different systems. Ok, so it is an inconvenience but the young gentleman that took my call was incredibly helpful and very polite. He stated he would contact his managers to resolve the issue and keep me posted. Later than evening the same polite and customer service driven young man contacted me back to advise of the issue.I honestly don’t care that I cannot use the cards in Calgary cause I’ll give them to family in Lethbridge, what matters is that these days there still exist people like this guy who provided exception customer service...read full review

Excellent customer service they have someone to come and meet u and help u choose an option. Its a drive thru car wash with brushes but I wanted touchless and they happily obliged and removed the brushes. Will come again when I'm in town .

I love this car wash but it's definitely not cheap. The staff are really nice and the place is super convenient because of their operating hours and central location and the equipment is quite good. I love themat washers and the vacuum stations. It would be nice if they were about $20 cheaper a month but they have to make a profit and they have a great service so overall I like the place.
