Probably the one main reason that I shop at Rona+ in Lethbridge is Sydnee! She is always such a delight to deal with and a genuinely nice & happy person. It’s unfortunate that more stores aren’t staffed with people like her!

We recently purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator and double wall oven unit. We couldn't be happier with the service and help we received from Michael. They were delivered today and the delivery personnel were so efficient, helpful and careful . I have never had better service. We were concerned about the floors being scratched, not a worry at all. Highly recommend! Thank you for such competent help and service. Will recommend to others!

Had a great experience at RONA+ recently! The team was super helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to Alex from the appliance department for being incredibly knowledgeable and patient — he went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Also, a big shout-out to Dave for helping load everything into my vehicle. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!
