Getting a session was way more difficult than it needed to be, there was only 1 day available. The photographer was late to get started, rude, rushed my session, and didn't take a pose I requested because she was running late even though I showed up on time. I was told different information on the phone compared to when I was there which was a huge disappointment.

i have tried calling and going on your website to talk or find out how to get my grad photos retaken. you phone system is horrible they told me to go to the website which gave me no information at all and when i called again i was what i assumed was transferred with an employee although i have no idea because i was never told and they stated after about 30 secs that they had no one to answer my call, i would be fine with emailing for information however you guys have no email listed anywhere. for a photography company that supercharges so much you would assume that there would be some help in regard to clients questions. there isnt even a talk to a representative option...read full review

Absolutely terrible I took my graduation photos three weeks ago and called today asking where my package is and they said oh actually just processed today and you will receive your package in 2 to 3 weeks when I have waited three weeks already.
