Excellent quality lumber that is kept covered. I don't think I've had to ever really return much at all when it is picked by the crews and delivered, pickup is always a breeze. A bit more expensive than some of the other areas, but has an excellent selection and it's the closest building centre to the west side (hint hint for a second location).
