I took my laptop in to Kris to get a hinge fixed that had torn out of the back. He charged me $132.00 to reset some nuts back into the plastic again. After a few days it broke again, and when I told him about it he told me that out of all the hinges he's fixed, mine was the only one that has ever broken again. I then asked him nicely if he could give me my money back and he completely lost it on me telling me how rude I was. In the end he told me he would give me my money back, but I would have to give him my laptop, ha-ha.Kris is very unprofessional and does bad work. He doesn't deserve any customers .

Got my computer from Kris and it was made timely and efficient in manner. It's been 2 years now that I've had it and no problems at all! Great customer service and super diligent. Very happy with the level of service and with the advice that I was given. Honestly, the computer works even better than I imagined. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a computer shop. Very patient and goes out of his way to answer any questions and concerns.
