What is confusing to me is simple to them. I was having issues with my phone. I came in to talk to the team at ideal irepair for help. They were very helpful.
They solved my issue in minutes. Super pleased with the service here.

I wanted a battery replacement and a new charing port for my phone as I was having difficulties with it. On the phone Spencer said he'd like to look at the port before replacing even though I insisted that i checked. I took it in and within 5 seconds he was cleaning out an embarrassing amount of gunk from the phone. Plugged it in and it worked fine.
They had a battery in stock for a great price and had it fixed within an hour. I thought I might have to get a new phone. Instead I'm back to a normal battery life, fully chargeable solution for less than 110 bucks.

I was having RAM/Memory issues with my Lenovo Laptop and needed some help/advice. A friend suggested to go to Ideal iRepair. I received a few other suggestions on who to go to for help, however, Nicole was the first to respond to my message on FB and their location made more sense for me. (I didn't have to drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way to get there). I talked with Nicole and Andrew (beard and glasses) and they were exceptionally helpful. Andrew looked to see if we could upgrade the system. Although we couldn't in my model, he did take the time to run through a few tips and tricks that I can change to help with the speed of the computer I have... read full review
