The customer service Patti gives is great, and she does an excellent job at cutting hair.
Patti is the most wonderful lady and hairstylist of the century. I’m 20 years old and have been seeing her since I was 7 and have consistently been inlove with each of my hair colours, cuts, and styles. I recommend this salon to all my friends which I have also loved their experience here. Not to mention her affordable prices and versatility, she can do anything.
I have tried several hair salons in Lethbridge and came across HaiRayz ( owner Patti Otis). I sat in her chair and we had a great conversation about my hair and which direction to proceed. She really listened to me and gave me the exact color and cut I was hoping for. She has a very professional home salon and her prices are way better than any salon in Lethbridge. I am so impressed with my new style that she now has me as a new client. I am highly recommending Patti. You will not be disappointed.
