Wonderful customer service. We arrived late in the day on Friday with a sudden severe tire balance issue. Initially we had visited nearby Kal Tire.They refused to give us service even though it was not the posted closing time and there was more than enough time and obvious manpower to remedy the issue …different reaction at Fountain Tire as they welcomed us with open arms promptly putting two mechanics to work who cheerfully solved the problem. They got us on our way to continue our cross country trip even though they had to stay slightly after posted closing time. This was exemplary customer service… a big thank you to Nick and team!!

Had an urgent tire issue on a cross country trip. Was turned away from Kal Tires and Nick and team at Fountain Tire were more than happy to squeeze us in Friday night before closing to solve the issue and get us back on the road. Highly recommend!!
