Ashely is amazing. Pelvic floor physio should be mandatory after having a baby!! Would’ve saved myself a lot of years of pain if I’d known how important this was/how important it is. She’s straight forward while still being very kind and supportive. I will continue to recommend her to every woman I know!

I just had a hot stone massage with Keely, and I'm literally floating. She was absolutely incredible, created a beautiful atmosphere, is amazing at using the hot stones to enhance the massage. I will 100% be going back!
