Although I have no experience in purchsed goods from Ducan Industries Inc.and Cannot comment on any of the products currently produced by the company. I can however comment on the beginning of the company located at the old German Concentration Camp. I worked for Mr.Klaas Patoor for a short period. and later made the oak slats for the canvasses that started the company Ducan Canvas Ltd. In later years when the company expanded Pieter Pastoor employed me to head up the woodworking department and eventually run the office. I stayed with Ducan Industries for over ten years.

This is our second time working with Ducan to have custom cushions made for our camper. We had cushions made for our camper van back when we lived in Lethbridge and were so happy with the quality and service. Since then we have bought a new camper and moved to Calgary and didn’t think twice about who we wanted to make new cushions for us. The quality, pricing, and service is always amazing, Jada helped us custom fit these beautiful new cushions just based off a few emails and dimensions, and even helped ship them out to us here in Calgary! Highly recommended the unbeatable Ducan!

I have had furniture custom made by Ducan Industries and other furniture reupholstered by them also. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Just recently I had a problem with a chair made at Ducan Industries for a 2006 RV. A part broke on the chair and I called for assistance. Jada found me a discontinued replacement part in their archives and sent it to me. Thank you Jada and Ducane for the exceptional service and quality product. Marc
