When we bought a house in Medicine Hat we called CertaPro to paint the interior of this house and this was not a mistake. The crew was on time and did an excellent job!! A bit of a glitch on the first day of stripping and staining my exterior oak door, not properly sanded, wrong colour stain. I called them, they immediately recognized the issue, had their specialist come and look, she said she would personally do my door, and that I would be completely satisfied. WOW! She was right! Meticulous in sanding even the most detailed areas of the door. Perfect colour stain. Not a spec of dust anywhere, cleaned up completely each day. Super polite! Great communication.
