I have always received great customer service at Catwalk. The stylists and estheticians are amazing. I see Joanne for my hair, she does an awesome job, and always has helpful styling suggestions. Tiffany and Caitlyn (hopefully I spelt it right) are personal and professional when my mom and I come in to get pedicures. The only drawback is that the pedicure area is not accessible for those with mobility issues. My mom is 87 and has difficulty going up and down the stairs. I wish there was an area on the main level where pedicures could be done, or some system installed to make access to the upper level more mobility accessible.
One week before my wedding I realized I need help with my hair and the Cat Walk Salon and the staff was able to find me a stylist who made my hair spectacular for my big day but made me like a queen. When they found out it was a Star Wars themed wedding, they brought in cutouts for me to have a photo shoot with. I felt like family and will be coming back every time I am in Lethbridge. Thank you the Cat Walk staff for making my day memorable, fun, special and perfect from start to finish.
