This company has been the absolute least of my worries while moving. They have been responsive, easy to discuss options and change dates. They even called me to double check my email when it didn't work for them. I have nothing but great things to say so far. Called me when the box was picked up and sent emails when it arrived at new destination. Money well spent in my opinion.
