Michael at customer service received my request, even though it was quite a bit for him to handle. He remained calm, patient, and did his best to help me.
Dealing with unhappy customers is never easy, and I wasn’t happy with the Best Buy gift card itself—it’s easy to buy but not always easy to use due to certain restrictions and fraud concerns.

Amazing customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking with Raihau today and he went above and beyond to help me out. He definitely made my day. Jolly guy with a good work ethic. Give this man a raise!!!
