I visited this location because my gift card wasn’t working correctly.
Michael at customer service received my request, even though it was quite a bit for him to handle. He remained calm, patient, and did his best to help me.
Dealing with unhappy customers is never easy, and I wasn’t happy with the Best Buy gift card itself—it’s easy to buy but not always easy to use due to certain restrictions and fraud concerns.
However, I was lucky that Michael helped me to the best of his ability. Because of his professionalism and dedication, I’m giving this location 5 stars, even though the situation itself wasn’t ideal.
My friend and I came into this location today to buy a computer and some accessories.
A nice man named IBK helped us - he was knowledgeable and very patient and kind.
