I went in with a swollen Medusa piercing today (due to some cheap jewelry bought elsewhere). I was immediately helped even though it was very busy, replaced my jewelry for free and with so much kindness.Also Love Rachelle and her work. She did a micro realism Dino for me and it turned out beautifully.

I was really nervous going in for my first ever piercing but I had an amazing experience. The environment seemed clean and professional. Gabby pierced my ear lobes and she was so kind and patient and made sure I was happy with the placement before she pierced my ears. She even made sure I was happy with the placement in regards to potential future piercings. She also made sure to explain everything to me and ensured that I was comfortable. She didn't seem impatient at all even when I was indecisive about what stud I wanted or when I was making sure the piercing would be even. I waited 45 minutes after a booking at another place and called Alberta Ink for an ear piercing, over the phone Gabby was so kind and set everything up before I got there. I am very prone to passing out and she handled me with such care with a cold cloth and sugar. She pierced my ears laying down (as it helps me NOT pass out) and let me lay for a moment as well. She was so kind and a joy to talk to with my friends and I. Thank you gabby!!!
