Dr. Aronyk ( locum) has seen my sister who is experiencing mild dementia symptoms. The doctor has been so very helpful, so patient, understanding & caring. She explains things fully in generally understandable terms and takes the time to listen to the patient and those attending with her. We REALLY hope she is able to stay on at the Smyth Clinic or in Leduc…would be tragic to lose her to another facility.

I read over some of the reviews. I do agree that a few of the receptionist tend to be a bit cold and lacking people skills. That being said I called today to make an appointment and the lady that was working was SO pleasant. I had to call 2x today and SHE was amazing each time. I am leaving a 5 star review because what really matters to me is the quality of care I recieve from the doctors. My family doctor since I was young has always been Dr. Smyth. He is a 10 out of 10! His daughter is also working there now and is also amazing. Dr. Sonpar is also great when I need a quicker appointment. Neither I or my family is a patient at this clinic. But Dr. Low saw my son in Leduc ER (who also works at Smyth associate clinic) and treated him for probable viral infection. He was very thorough with his assessment and explained everything to us. My son's pediatrician have repeatedly not wanting to see and assess my son's condition. When my son's swabs for RSV, influenza, and covid came back negative, Dr. Low called us to informed of same and to see if my son's condition have improve. When I told Dr. Low my son has not, he promptly ordered a chest xray, which ended up showing pneumonia in his lungs.
