My elderly mom's fridge stopped working so I was phoning around trying to find a replacement that wasn't going to take weeks to get delivered and still at a reasonable price point. Darren was incredibly helpful in finding options at a cost lower than any of the big box stores. He also explained that he doesn't carry certain major brands anymore because their quality has dropped significantly in recent years and he's hearing from repair people that they are just not lasting. Good to know!BUT then came the really amazing part...he started asking questions about Mom's current fridge/what went wrong with it and ended up suggesting that she look into having it repaired....read full review
