I ordered Nokian Hakka 10 tires (275/55/20) from KAL tire for our Ram 1500. They obviously did not read/do their due diligence when I came in and installed smaller (but more expensive tires) that should not be on our truck. After picking up our truck, I noticed it was off and called them-then had to return a week later to get the correct size (that I initially ordered). The Manager, Dalen Cervo, asked us not to drive to preserve tires for resale and showed VERY little concern for the inconvenience/safety issue they created. Unfortunately can't recommend due to poor management. If that wasn't enough, they also left a nice scratch on my brand new rims. Avoid at all costs!...read full review

Edited. Had some minor issues after the installation of my new tires at this location, spoke with the manager Dalen, and got first hand, no delayed customer support from him and his team. I’m confident with the service at this location and will be back.

Amazing prompt customer service. Very friendly staff that were knowledgeable and very accommodating to schedule restraints and indecisiveness. The after purchase customer care also goes above and beyond.
