I had a great experience with this team. My car broke down, and since I was an out-of-town client they were able to prioritize getting my vehicle up and running again. The mechanic was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The receptionist was very lovely to deal with as well.
Went to this Kal Tire location twice in consecutive days. First time was to get a set of new tires on my sons RAV4. Heather at the front was a ray of sunshine from the get go. Work was done as expected and on time. The next day my wife had a low tire (leak). I called Kaltire again and got Heather. She got us in right away and the repair was done within 20 minutes. Once again she was fantastic to deal with. We left the store talking about the great service and atmosphere. This is very refreshing and is a welcome change from what it was like a few years ago.
I just wanna share how incredible Annamarie’s service was… I came in to get a flat tire replaced and was treated so well with her amazing customer service skills and she explained everything so thoroughly I only want to come to this store to get maintenance because of her.. she made the experience so much better!!
