We built our home this year (2017) with Sher-Bilt and I must say they were phenomenal to work with. They consistently exceeded our expectations, they kept us in the loop and informed on weekly if not daily basis. Our foreman Nathan, was always open to my wacky ideas and both he and Darell went the extra mile to make our dreams a reality. Even after the build has been completed they've been readily available for questions. I would build again hands down with these gentlemen. If could add photos to show all the little extras that were added to make our house a home, I would!

After looking for a builder in the Leduc area, and evaluating their oldest builds (eg. 10 yr old homes), I decided to go with Sher-bilt. Speaking with the long standing owners of their homes I couldn't find one person who wasn't still thrilled with their home, and many of them (like myself) had built with various other builders who were not as impressive. By all accounts follow up service is excellent as well (not that I have any 1st hand knowledge). The owner Darell is VERY interactive in all builds, and the craftsmanship of a second generation home builder is easily found. Overall I say 10/10, which I don't just hand out lightly.

Its been just over a year in our new house and we could not be happier. As a young couple building our first home we were so relieved that we found Sher-Bilt. With their many years of experience and their committed and loyal tradespeople it made our building experience simple and easy which isn’t always something that goes hand in hand with building a new home. Sher-Bilt answered all of our emails, phone calls and text in a timely manner, nothing was ever too small for them to get back to us they really made us feel important.
