The massage therapist, Stacey, has an incredible intuitive ability to find and work through problem areas, often releasing tension that the client didn't even know existed. She goes above and beyond, providing a level of care and attention that is rare to find, leaving clients feeling completely rebalanced and renewed. Stacey's array of treatment options, including Rapid Reset massage, have made a significant difference in the lives of her clients, reducing pain and improving range of motion.
I will start by saying this is a completely genuine 5 star review. Essential Sole’s is a welcoming atmosphere with a professional dynamic. Stacey is attentive to her client’s requests and is educated in finding areas of need that you don’t even realize. She uses different modalities depending on what needs to be addressed and does so seamlessly in one appointment rather than ask you to book a separate appointment for a different service. She has picked a good name for her business because she is ESSENTIAL in making me my best self. Highly recommend!
I've had a lot of massages over the years, but Stacey is truly next level. Stacey has an incredible, intuitive ability to find and work through problem areas—often ones I didn't even know were tight until she released them. She goes above and beyond every time, with a level of care and attention that's rare to find. You never leave feeling like something was missed; in fact, you leave feeling completely rebalanced and renewed. If you're looking for someone who truly knows their craft and always gives 110%, look no further. You won’t be disappointed!
Caring and personable massage therapist. I had “regular” massage with Stacey for the past year after moving to Leduc and more recently had a couple of sessions of Rapid reset type massage - it was unbelievable for rapid improvement in arm/shoulder movement. Have no hesitation in recommending Stacey to anyone looking for a massage therapist.
