I attended Popows with a disabled friend who bought used winter tires last summer. At installation it turned that two had holes in the sidewalls. By this time we were well past the 90 return window. Lisa was very kind and compassionate and returned 80% of purchase price. There were unable to do an exchange as they did not have the right size in stock. Lisa thank you for taking such good care of us.
First time dealing with them.. They made a mistake of sending me the wrong side of tail light. I am satisfied of the quick response and quick delivery as well.
