We always try to use local companies, and there are a number of reasons why we continue to call Kles-Air. Firstly, their customer service is outstanding and if there is any kind of issue, they always seem to go above and beyond to help or come up with a solution.Secondly, they are a community minded and driven company. The amount they give back to the community. Lastly they have a program(with one of their own suppliers I believe) for helping those who may need a new furnace and may not be able to fully afford one. How can you not support and continue to use a company like this? Recently, we had a technician over two days come do a repair for us.Hugh was top notch professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We won't go anywhere else for our furnace or Central Air repairs.
I had an furnace emergency on New Year’s Day, and called kles Air, Mike responded quickly and was able to help get the furnace running. Mike was great! Would recommend this company.
Great help from Beckey (currently on maternity leave) and Hugh! Beckey is a family friend and she eased my mind and directed me to the right help! Because it was a weekend I had to leave a message with Hugh and he called me within minutes. He came to my home in a matter of 10 minutes, got the part hooked up quick and was done in less than an hr. I'm very impressed with my service!
