Very professional to deal with, without sacrificing the personal feeling of interaction. When there was a slight issue that was not unknown side effect of the work were 100% easy to deal with again. I will keep them as a preference for body work in the future.
Also the clean state of my vehicle when I received it back was so nice.
One of the best customer service experiences I've had, from any business, for anything. Jonathon and his colleague are super helpful, going way above and beyond what they need to do. I had a terrible experience where my moonroof shattered on the highway, and Jonathon stayed late to secure the truck, vacuumed up glass from inside the cab, and helped me with advice and more. AND I WASN'T EVEN A CUSTOMER!!! Can't say enough good things about my experience with this business. I hope to never be back (since it's a collision shop), but I'm sure I will be.
Absolutely the best customer service I have seen. They take pride in their work and it shows. Vehicles were cleaner than when dropped off, inside and out. Work done was flawless, one would never tell the vehicle ever had any damage. Well done!
