Good deals, somewhat discourteous and lack compassion. They left my truck unlocked on the side of the road in front of a stop sign without telling me. I assumed it would be in the yard and would have paid for the inconvenience or even called a tow truck but they didn’t mention it would be treated like that. I live 2.5 hours away and I am currently working to help my community which has been evacuated due to a forest fire that swept through the town. My plans kept falling through to get someone to pick it up with me so it sat there for a few days unbeknownst to me. Also the receptionist was ungracious.

In the past two months, I used La Crete Transport for two very different deliveries and had excellent customer service with both.First, we had bikes picked up by curbside in Grande Prairie and delivered to La Crete. The store struggled to get organized, but the La Crete Transport rep waited for over an hour after expected pickup time so we could get our delivery the next day.And then we had La Crete Transport move our house contents to Edmonton. They made a trailer available on short notice, delivered the trailer earlier than expected at both locations, and contents arrived in good shape. Excellent service and great rates. My orders always arrive promptly and in perfect condition. I always get a notification on delivery of arrival which takes a load off not having to wonder where my shipment is.
