Really thankful to Jasper Tire for fixing my traveling minivan - changing alternator in same day. At the end of that day in evening had a chance to evacuate Jasper because of wildfire.

I operate a small camper van rental company based out of Vancouver. One of our vehicles had a battery issue in Jasper. Big thanks to Chris and the guys at Jasper Tire who kindly allowed overnight parking for the vehicle at their shop and got my renters back up and running the next morning. Was in Jasper for skiing Easter long weekend and the left front wheel of my Dodge Caravan started making a bad noise on the way down from Marmot Basin... We had to get back to Edmonton and were afraid of severe damage (it sounded bad, scrapy, clunky noise)... Monday morning took my minivan in around 10 am and Chris welcomed us and said they would check it out before noon. An hour later he called back after a road test with initial diagnosis of bad bearing. Bad news, but he said he had the parts and would be able to squeeze in the repair in the afternoon.
