Called and asked what I needed to bring the day of the appointment and wasn’t told about anything that I needed. when I got there the lady was rude I didn’t have the documents and when I asked questions back to the lady as being from a different country wasn’t sure of processes in Canada she was telling me to wait and her energy wasn’t pleasant the whole experience didn’t make me feel comfortable. Felt like I had to put up with the behaviour because of her position.
