Danielle cherniak is probably one of the best doctors I have ever had. She listens and cares. She doesn’t rush you out like most doctors do and does what is best for you as a person. It’s very rare to find a doctor who isn’t burnt or stressed out. And if she is, she doesn’t let it effect her job in any way. Very professional. I would travel just to see her as a patient if I ever move away.

EDIT: Dr. Cherniak no longer works at the Innisfail medical clinic as of 2021.

I appreciate how fast this is compared to red deer, most days. When my son had a seizure in the waiting room they got him in right away and took care of it to ensure he did not have another episode, it was pretty traumatizing but I appreciated how fast they were working.

The nurse did give my son double the Advil she was supposed to because she put his weight in wrong (used lbs as kgs, so double) but I appreciated the doctor telling me this, I appreciate the honesty and I hope it was an eye opener for the nurse to not ever do this again, we were lucky it was just Advil and not something that could have killed him. I've had nothing short of a wonderful experience every time I am at this clinic. The front staff are lovely and pleasant. The doctors are compassionate and understanding. Dr. Zouboules, in particular, is literally an earth angel and has helped me greatly as well as being a pillar of support for me. Thank you so much to this clinic and its staff ♡
