Integra Tire and Auto Centre provides great service, always trying to help customers as much as possible. The staff is dedicated to customer satisfaction, knowledgeable about products, and transparent in their communication. They also go above and beyond to accommodate customers, staying open late to ensure timely repairs and excellent customer service. Customers praise the establishment for their honesty, reasonable prices, and quick, professional service. The team at Integra has been described as incredibly kind and patient, going the extra mile to assist customers even in unexpected situations. This establishment was closed when we experienced car trouble on our way to Canmore. Fortunately, an employee who had returned from a job late went out of his way to help us, even though he didn’t have to. He was incredibly kind and patient, checking our tires and even getting under the car to identify the issue.
Integra in Innisfail are very very good! They helped us with a highway blow out as well as well as cutting down our rusted in spare at no cost. Also gave an estimate life left in remaining three tires-ended up purchasing one.
These guys went well over the top of what I expected. Definitely best tire shop in town!!
I can't thank the staff at Integra enough for taking my vehicle in immediately. Fixed my tire and had me back on the road in 40 mins. Very reasonable price too!!!!!! Kudos for excellent quick and professional service!
